    OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
    The Invention Patent referred to in this Report is intended to guarantee the exclusive exploitation and ownership, throughout the national territory, of a head restraint system specially designed to be used by the user both in the means of public transport as private and whose novelty represents an obvious and substantial improvement over everything known by the current state of the art.
    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
    This invention is related to the field of rest and sleep, and especially with the fastening or resting systems of the head and neck intended for use inside the various individual and / or collective means of transport.
    The purpose of this invention is to free the neck from the weight of the head, so that its field of application also extends to orthopedics, being its beneficial use for people suffering from respiratory diseases, or have suffered some type of cervical surgery (for example, hernia), also preventing apnea from appearing during sleep.
    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION.
    So far the head and neck restraint systems intended for use in means of transport have been conceived either in the form of simple belts, with an ergonomically poor design, or through the use of individual bands arranged in various configurations, among which premium is the one in which a circular band is arranged on the user's head, as a ribbon or crown, where the rest of the bands that are subsequently attached to the seat by various means are engaged, although they are as a whole, somewhat appalling, and may present stability and risk problems due to its use over time.
    DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION.
    The invention consists of a set of bands, joined together forming a single piece, which allow its fastening to the seat of a transport vehicle and the accommodation of the user's head inside, thus allowing its rest during the trip.
    According to the invention, the set is suitable for use inside public and / or private transport vehicles, being able to adapt to any type of seat (or pillow in the case of orthopedic / sanitary use), and being said assembly made with a preferably textile or elastic material that allows a secure hold on the seat and optimum comfort for the user.
    To achieve this objective, the invention has a main (semi-plastic) band, closed at its ends that is placed by sliding on the upper part of the vehicle seat, and secured thereto by means of a strap disposed inside, which allows to ensure adjustment manually by means of some device arranged for this purpose.
    In solidarity with this main band, there are two lateral bands that border the lateral-frontal region of the cranial perimeter, joined to the main one by means of

    The placement of the front fastening side bands may be intended for the mere restraint or immobilization of the head, placing the bands on the front of the user, as shown in Figure 4, or to facilitate rest thereof, placing them for it on the region of the eyes, as it is possible to appreciate in figure 5.

    PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

In order to ensure its placement, said band (1) has a fastening device (6) arranged in the lower part, within the body itself, consisting of a rope whose degree of tension is regulated by some means or system that regulates the length of it.
    Together in solidarity with the circular band (1), forming an integral unit, two lateral bands (2) are arranged, one of which has a sailboat fastening system (4) placed on the inner side of the free end that will allow it to remain adhered to the other side band when coming into contact with it, thus allowing the entire lateral-anterior part of the user's head to stabilize.
    Located between the main band (1) and the side bands (2), there are two fastening bands (3) joined in solidarity with the first two, and they will be in charge of balancing the entire lateral-posterior part of the user's head .
